Quick and Easy - sort of! 99c for a pack of 10 felt candles.

I like to play, get messy and any of you who have crafted with me know I can't get something straight to save my life.  So here are a couple of secrets, start with straight and go out from there.  Utilise this great Perfect Layers tool and you too can get things straight.

Oh and I wanted to let you know we have these candles in packs of 10 on special for 99c.

The paper I am playing with for these cards is an older Teresa Collins line Tinsel & Company

With 12 3x4 panels you can easily get 6 great cards out of this paper, just using the panels you like and the backing is very versatile for those panels at the front that you cannot work with.

For our local girls

Innisfail Show Sponsership

For our local girls if you have not caught up with the Innisfail Show Schedule for this year, the show dates are Thursday, 13th July and Friday, 14th July 2017.

We are sponsering several challenges, with a prize of $25.00 for 1st and $10.00 for second.

There are 5 different challenges - here and the details and some examples:

1.  Altered Canvas (Mixed Media).   -This one is open to all sorts of interpretations - The term canvas refers more to a blank surface that is decorated from scratch, rather than a traditional piece of canvas stretched over a frame.

2.  Best Decorated Album.  - Again open to Interpretation, it can be a re-decorted album, handmade album or an album that is made ready to decorate

3.  12 x 12 Layout.  Single or double page.

 4.  Set of three (3) Hand Made Cards.   - No particular theme, no particular products, just 3 cards and a good variety of techniques and styles would be great to see.

5.  Pocket Page Scrapbooking for example Project Life, Sn@p or similar.

This one I will have to do some scrapping over the weekend to give you some sample ideas of what pocket scrapbooking is all about.

All of the pages and cards need to be in protective covers please.  The altered canvas work and the Albums if will be at your discretion

There is a limit of two entries per section per exhibitor.

ENTRIES CLOSE AND EXHIBITS DUE: At the Secretaries Office by 5.00pm Monday, 10th July, 2017. Open to all exhibitors. No late entries will be accepted. Only entries as stated in the Schedule will be accepted. No additional classes wil be made. Section cards are available at the Secretary’s Office.

(part of Sleigh Bells Ring Washi Tape Collection. You cant see it in the tube, but its there!)
The cardstock is Coredinations 'Antique Linen' (its more yellowy and lighter in real life)

Whoohoo!!

DAY 25!
This page is the reverse side of the pocket page above using cardstock
Coredinations 'Antique Linen' again.   Enamel Shapes which includes the '25'
And the gold lettering and sentiments are Tinsel & Co Alpha & Label Stickers
(they are much 'gold-er' in real life than you see in the shop)

STILL Christmas day
(I usually have more than one page for the 25th)

This is my favourite paper from the Kit..  or you can buy it singularly 'Branches Paper
I've added a little bit of tiny pom pom trim on the edge.
(put 'trim' into the search in the shop and there is a fabulous array of trims you could use as alternatives)

This packet of word dies is fantastic!! (but sold out now - sorry but there is THIS fabulous one)
Double with sparkly glitter paper - ooh!

The alpha and sentiments are from Simple Stories
